Jason went above and beyond to make this transaction happen. He met the seller and agent, toured the property, and took pictures. He advised us we would love the house, and boy, was he correct! He knows our taste. He pointed out the areas that needed work, which resulted in a no-contingency bid to win over another offer. He knew when the sellers wanted to leave and what they would do to accomplish their timeline. Anything we needed to get to closing happened with diligence and a friendly manner. He's a great problem solver and very likable. I can’t say enough good things about Jason. He made our dream house come true.
